This Product Features & Service Definitions document (“Definitions”) describes the features, functionality, operational scope, intended use, limitations, and commercial characteristics of subscription plans, promotional services, badges, indicators, AI-powered functionality, support services, and related digital services offered by Medsahra (“Platform”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Definitions form an integral part of, and should be read together with, the Platform’s Terms of Use, Seller Terms, Subscription & Payment Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and all additional Platform policies, notices, operational procedures, disclosures, and compliance requirements published by the Platform from time to time.

These Definitions are intended solely to describe how Platform services generally function in practice. They do not constitute guarantees of commercial outcomes, transaction success, uninterrupted availability, healthcare suitability, regulatory approval, legal compliance by users, or continuous feature availability.

Nothing in these Definitions excludes, restricts, or limits any rights, remedies, guarantees, protections, or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including applicable consumer protection laws of the United Arab Emirates.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, these Definitions shall be interpreted consistently with the Platform Terms of Use, Subscription & Payment Terms, and all applicable UAE laws and regulations.

If an Arabic-language version of these Definitions is published, the Arabic-language version shall prevail to the extent required by applicable law.

Certain consumer-facing notices, disclosures, invoices, communications, or legal documents may be provided in Arabic in accordance with applicable UAE legal requirements.

The Platform operates solely as a digital publication, communication, advertising, directory-style listing, and marketplace infrastructure service that enables users to publish listings, discover listings, communicate with one another, and access related marketplace functionality.

The Platform does not:

  • own listed products, services, or businesses;
  • participate in negotiations between users;
  • act as a broker, dealer, distributor, reseller, escrow provider, customs broker, healthcare provider, financial intermediary, or transaction intermediary;
  • facilitate or complete transactions between users;
  • take possession of products, equipment, inventory, or businesses;
  • transfer title or ownership;
  • inspect products or businesses;
  • control shipping, logistics, customs clearance, warehousing, or delivery operations;
  • act as importer, exporter, distributor, or authorized healthcare representative;
  • guarantee transactions, payments, commercial outcomes, or business opportunities;
  • independently verify all listings, businesses, services, users, or claims;
  • certify healthcare products, medical devices, businesses, or services;
  • guarantee legal compliance, authenticity, ownership, quality, safety, licensing status, regulatory approval, or operational legitimacy of listings.

All subscription plans, promotional systems, visibility tools, AI-powered functionality, badges, and support services constitute digital services and digital access products only.

Certain features, categories, visibility tools, communication systems, promotional services, or operational functionality may not be available in all jurisdictions, devices, account types, categories, applications, or Platform versions.

The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, reorganize, restrict, expand, replace, discontinue, or update Platform functionality, categories, support structures, listing limits, promotional systems, moderation systems, search systems, algorithms, interface layouts, operational workflows, and technical functionality where reasonably necessary for legal, operational, regulatory, technical, security, compliance, commercial, or product-development purposes.

Service availability may be affected by maintenance periods, operational incidents, outages, cybersecurity events, technical limitations, infrastructure failures, regulatory restrictions, or third-party service interruptions.

1. Subscription Plans

Subscription plans grant access to a defined set of Platform features and operational functionality for a specified billing period, subject to the Subscription & Payment Terms and all applicable Platform policies.

1.1 Basic Plan

The Basic Plan is intended to provide users with foundational marketplace access and core operational functionality for browsing listings, publishing listings, communicating with other users, and organizing marketplace activity.

Basic subscribers may receive access to selected categories made available by the Platform from time to time, including categories relating to medical equipment, equipment services, logistics and customs, business for sale, business solutions.

Category availability may vary depending on operational requirements, geographic restrictions, moderation decisions, healthcare-related compliance considerations, account standing, legal restrictions, and Platform policies.

Provides access to the following catalogue categories: medical equipment, equipment services, logistics and customs and business solutions, but post listings only in medical equipment categorie.

Basic subscribers may access search and filtering functionality intended to assist users in locating listings based on criteria such as category type, equipment classification, seller location, pricing ranges, product condition, listing characteristics, service classifications, or keywords.

Search functionality, recommendation systems, and listing visibility systems are dynamic and algorithmically managed.

Search results and listing visibility may depend on relevance systems, personalization systems, moderation outcomes, listing quality, user activity, geographic considerations, category activity, search behavior, machine-learning systems, operational limitations, healthcare-related restrictions and commercial considerations.

Certain search systems, moderation systems, recommendation systems, ranking systems, spam-detection systems, fraud-prevention systems, and visibility systems may rely partially or entirely on automated processing, algorithmic systems, machine-learning systems or artificial-intelligence technologies.

Automated systems may affect listing visibility, recommendation placement, search rankings, moderation decisions, spam detection, content categorization and account restrictions.

The Platform does not guarantee that automated systems will operate without inaccuracies, interruptions, errors, false positives or inconsistent outcomes.

The Platform does not guarantee neutrality of search results, equal visibility between listings, uninterrupted search functionality, continuous placement, specific ranking positions, inquiry volume, user engagement, listing discoverability, or commercial performance.

Basic subscribers may save listings to favorites collections and create internal notes associated with listings for organizational and convenience purposes.

Favorites and notes functionality is provided solely as a user-convenience feature. The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted retention, backup preservation, permanent storage, or continued availability of organizational data, saved listings, user-created notes, or historical records.

Basic subscribers may access AI-powered comparison functionality intended to assist users in comparing listings, products, equipment, services, specifications, or informational attributes.

AI-generated outputs are automatically generated informational tools only and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, errors, incomplete analysis, inconsistent outputs, or outdated information.

AI-generated outputs do not constitute medical advice, healthcare advice, legal advice, procurement advice, technical certification, engineering analysis, investment advice, customs advice, regulatory guidance, or professional consulting.

Users should not rely exclusively on AI-generated outputs when making healthcare, operational, legal, financial, regulatory, procurement, or commercial decisions.

Users remain solely responsible for independently evaluating listings, businesses, products, healthcare suitability, regulatory status, legal compliance, transaction risks, operational risks, and commercial suitability.

Basic subscribers may communicate with other users through Platform messaging systems.

Messaging functionality is provided solely as communication infrastructure.

The Platform does not participate in negotiations, verify user representations, guarantee message delivery, guarantee confidentiality, guarantee response times, or guarantee transaction completion.

The Platform may monitor, filter, review, retain, restrict, suspend, investigate, or disclose communications where reasonably necessary for moderation, fraud prevention, healthcare compliance review, legal compliance, dispute handling, enforcement purposes, security purposes, or regulatory cooperation.

Users remain solely responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, safeguarding login credentials, restricting unauthorized access to accounts, and activity conducted through their accounts.

Business users and organizational account holders remain responsible for actions conducted by employees, contractors, agents, representatives, delegated users, or other authorized persons operating under the organization’s account credentials.

The Platform may presume that actions performed through an authenticated account were authorized by the account holder.

Basic subscribers may maintain up to ten (10) active listings simultaneously unless otherwise specified by the Platform.

Listing publication rights remain subject to moderation systems, fair usage restrictions, anti-spam protections, duplicate-content restrictions, healthcare compliance review, quality-control mechanisms, operational limitations, technical constraints, and Platform discretion.

The Platform may reject listings, suspend listings, remove listings, restrict visibility, limit publication frequency, disable listings, or restrict abusive, manipulative, misleading, unlawful, automated, or operationally harmful activity.

Basic subscribers may access historical records relating to inquiries, communications, listing activity, account interactions, and operational activity, subject to applicable retention policies, legal obligations, technical constraints, privacy requirements, operational limitations, and regulatory requirements.

Basic subscribers may also receive standard support services.

Standard support is provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis and does not constitute guaranteed response times, guaranteed issue resolution, dedicated account management, legal advice, healthcare advice, technical consulting, customs consulting, or regulatory advisory services.

Support availability may vary depending on operational capacity, staffing availability, technical limitations, legal requirements, communication-system availability, security incidents, regulatory matters, or system outages.

1.2 Professional Plan

The Professional Plan includes everything that Basic plan does and is intended for users requiring expanded listing capacity, enhanced operational flexibility, and prioritized support handling.

Provides access to the following catalogue categories: medical equipment, equipment services, logistics and customs business solutions and business for sale but post listings only in equipment services, logistics and customs business solutions categories.

Professional subscribers may receive substantially similar functionality available under the Basic Plan together with additional operational allowances, increased listing capacity, and enhanced support prioritization.

Professional subscribers may maintain up to ten (10) active listings simultaneously unless otherwise specified by the Platform.

Listing limits and publication rights remain subject to moderation systems, healthcare compliance review, anti-spam protections, duplicate-content restrictions, operational limitations, quality-control mechanisms, fair usage controls, technical limitations, and Platform discretion.

Professional subscribers may also receive standard support services.

The Platform reserves the right to modify support structures, communication methods, staffing models, escalation procedures, support availability, operational workflows and response processes at any time.

1.3 Business Plan

The Business Plan is intended for professional marketplace participants, distributors, healthcare-sector entities, consultants, service providers, and organizations requiring broader marketplace access and expanded operational functionality.

Business subscribers may receive access to expanded marketplace categories made available by the Platform, including categories relating to medical equipment, equipment services, business solutions, logistic and customs, businesses for sale, but post listings only business for sale and medical equipment categories.

Plan provides access to all catalogue categories, including medical equipment, equipment services, business solutions, logistic and customs, businesses for sale.

The Platform does not broker business sales, facilitate mergers or acquisitions, verify business valuations, verify ownership rights, verify financial statements, provide investment recommendations, provide transaction advisory services, or guarantee business opportunities.

Users remain solely responsible for conducting independent legal, accounting, operational, healthcare, financial, tax, commercial, technical, and regulatory due diligence.

Business subscribers may publish an unrestricted number of active listings, subject to moderation systems, fair usage controls, healthcare compliance review, anti-spam protections, technical limitations, operational restrictions, duplicate-content restrictions, quality-control mechanisms, and Platform discretion.

The Platform may restrict excessive activity, duplicate listings, manipulative behavior, misleading content, operationally disruptive activity, artificial visibility manipulation, or abusive publication practices at any time.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in listing restrictions, suspension of visibility features, removal of badges, temporary account suspension, permanent account restrictions, or termination of services.

Business subscribers may also receive standard support services.

Support availability may vary depending on staffing, operational requirements, technical limitations, communication availability, system incidents, regulatory matters, geographic considerations, security incidents, or legal requirements.

1.4 Explorer Plan

The Explorer Plan is intended for professional marketplace participants, distributors, healthcare-sector entities, consultants, service providers, and organizations requiring broader marketplace access and expanded operational functionality.

Explorer subscribers may receive access to expanded marketplace categories made available by the Platform, including categories relating to medical equipment, equipment services, business solutions, logistic and customs, businesses for sale, but can’t post any listings in all categories, only view listings.

Plan provides access to all catalogue categories, including medical equipment, equipment services, business solutions, logistic and customs, businesses for sale.

The Platform does not broker business sales, facilitate mergers or acquisitions, verify business valuations, verify ownership rights, verify financial statements, provide investment recommendations, provide transaction advisory services, or guarantee business opportunities.

Users remain solely responsible for conducting independent legal, accounting, operational, healthcare, financial, tax, commercial, technical, and regulatory due diligence.

The Platform may restrict excessive activity, duplicate listings, manipulative behavior, misleading content, operationally disruptive activity, artificial visibility manipulation, or abusive publication practices at any time.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in listing restrictions, suspension of visibility features, removal of badges, temporary account suspension, permanent account restrictions, or termination of services.

Explorer subscribers may also receive standard support services.

Support availability may vary depending on staffing, operational requirements, technical limitations, communication availability, system incidents, regulatory matters, geographic considerations, security incidents, or legal requirements.

2. Badges & Verification Indicators

Badges and verification indicators are informational features designed to enhance listing visibility and provide additional contextual information to users.

All badges remain subject to the limitations, disclaimers, and liability restrictions set forth in the Platform Terms of Use, Subscription & Payment Terms, and these Definitions.

Users acknowledge and agree that badges, indicators, rankings, visibility systems, promotional placement, AI-generated outputs, and verification-related features are informational and operational tools only.

Users shall not rely exclusively on such features as guarantees of authenticity, legality, healthcare compliance, safety, ownership, business legitimacy, transaction reliability, commercial suitability, financial condition, or operational status.

Independent due diligence remains solely the responsibility of users.

2.1 Verified Badge

The Verified Badge displays a “Verified” indicator on eligible listings and company profiles.

The Verified Badge is intended solely as a limited informational indicator that the Platform has reviewed certain basic information submitted by the user, which may include business-license information, contact details, or account-related documentation.

Verification systems may rely partially or entirely on user-submitted information, uploaded documentation, public records, third-party information, automated systems, or limited operational review procedures.

The Verified Badge may increase potential visibility within certain Platform interfaces and may affect how other users perceive a listing or profile.

The Verified Badge does not constitute certification, endorsement, inspection, healthcare approval, regulatory approval, governmental authorization, legal verification, ownership confirmation, safety verification, guarantee of authenticity, guarantee of business legitimacy, or confirmation of compliance with any laws, regulations, licenses, registrations, permits, certifications, or regulatory requirements in the UAE, GCC countries, or any other jurisdiction.

The Platform does not independently verify all claims, documentation, licenses, approvals, ownership records, financial statements, warranties, maintenance histories, or regulatory registrations associated with verified users or listings.

The Platform may revoke, suspend, modify, restrict, or remove verification status at any time where complaints are received, verification concerns arise, documentation appears incomplete, healthcare-related concerns exist, regulatory concerns arise, or misleading conduct is suspected.

2.2 Equipment-Specific Badges

The “No Accidents,” “Warranty,” “Service History,” and “First Owner” badges are informational indicators reflecting seller representations regarding equipment condition, maintenance history, ownership history, or warranty status.

The Platform does not inspect, test, certify, repair, maintain, or independently verify the condition, maintenance history, safety status, operational status, incident history, ownership history, warranty validity, or regulatory status of equipment.

The Platform does not guarantee the completeness, authenticity, enforceability, transferability, validity, or adequacy of maintenance records, ownership records, warranties, or service documentation.

2.3 Business-for-Sale Indicators

The “Owner” badge is an informational indicator reflecting the seller’s representation that the listing is posted directly by the business owner rather than by a third-party intermediary.

The Platform does not independently verify ownership rights, authority to sell, shareholder rights, business legitimacy, legal standing, liabilities, financial condition, or transaction readiness.

3. Promotional Services & Visibility Tools

Promotional services are advertising and visibility-enhancement tools intended to increase the potential exposure of eligible listings within certain Platform interfaces.

Promotional services may include enhanced catalog placement, listing-priority systems, temporary ranking enhancements, bump functionality, highlighted presentation, visual distinction tools, or promotional visibility packages.

Promotional services may influence the placement, appearance, prioritization, or visibility of listings within search results, category pages, recommendation systems, feeds, or other Platform interfaces for a defined period.

The Platform does not guarantee impressions, clicks, inquiries, lead generation, user engagement, sales activity, transaction completion, visibility duration, search prominence, ranking stability, commercial outcomes, or business opportunities arising from promotional services.

Visibility outcomes may depend on algorithmic systems, user behavior, personalization systems, moderation outcomes, category competition, geography, operational limitations, machine-learning systems, healthcare-related restrictions, and other factors subject to change.

Promotional effectiveness, ranking behavior, visibility duration, interface placement, search prominence, and recommendation visibility may vary substantially depending on category competition, user activity, moderation outcomes, algorithmic systems, personalization systems, operational changes, Platform updates, healthcare-related restrictions, regional limitations, and technical constraints.

The Platform is not obligated to maintain historical ranking behavior, legacy visibility systems, prior interface layouts, prior promotional mechanics, or historical algorithmic methodologies.

The Platform reserves broad discretion regarding ranking systems, recommendation systems, search-result positioning, visibility logic, promotional mechanics, catalog organization, interface layouts, and prioritization systems.

Users acquire no ownership rights, exclusivity rights, vested rights, guaranteed placement rights, or permanent visibility rights in relation to promotional systems or visibility positioning.

4. AI-Powered Tools

AI-powered tools, including smart-comparison functionality, automated summaries, or automated informational outputs, are provided solely for informational and convenience purposes.

AI-generated outputs may automatically generate comparisons, summaries, categorizations, or informational content based on Platform data, user activity, automated systems, or third-party information sources.

AI-generated outputs are generated without human verification and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, incomplete analysis, inconsistencies, outdated information, or operational errors.

AI-generated outputs do not constitute healthcare advice, medical advice, legal advice, investment advice, technical certification, procurement advice, customs advice, regulatory guidance, or professional consulting.

Users should not rely exclusively on AI-generated outputs when making healthcare, operational, commercial, financial, procurement, legal, or regulatory decisions.

Users remain solely responsible for independently verifying AI-generated outputs before making decisions or entering into transactions.

5. Support Services

Support services are provided according to the tier associated with a user’s active subscription plan or paid feature.

Standard Support is provided through email and in-platform communication channels on a commercially reasonable efforts basis.

No guaranteed response times, guaranteed availability levels, or guaranteed resolution timelines apply.

Priority Support provides prioritized handling of inquiries and operational requests.

While commercially reasonable efforts may be made to accelerate responses, no specific response times, guaranteed issue resolution, dedicated consulting services, or guaranteed operational outcomes apply.

Support availability may vary depending on staffing availability, operational limitations, technical issues, communication-system availability, legal requirements, regulatory matters, security incidents, or service interruptions.

Support Services (Standard or Premium) are strictly limited to technical and administrative assistance regarding the Platform’s interface, account management, catalogue access, listings, subscriptions, badges, communication tools, and other Platform functionalities related to medical equipment, medical services, logistics and customs, ready-made medical businesses, consulting, and transaction support categories. Support staff are not authorized to provide, and shall not be deemed to have provided, legal, regulatory, medical, compliance, licensing, customs, tax, investment, or professional advice, including interpretations of UAE or GCC healthcare laws, guidance on EDE/MOHAP or other regulatory registration processes, or opinions regarding the regulatory suitability, certification, importability, or legality of any products or services listed on the Platform. Users remain solely responsible for obtaining independent professional advice for all regulatory, legal, compliance, operational, and commercial matters.

6. Healthcare & Regulatory Disclaimer

The Platform may contain listings relating to healthcare services, medical devices, healthcare equipment, healthcare consulting, logistics services, customs-related services, regulated products, or medical businesses.

The Platform operates solely as a publication, communication, advertising, directory-style listing, and marketplace infrastructure service.

The Platform does not:

  • approve healthcare products;
  • certify medical devices;
  • verify patient safety;
  • guarantee healthcare compliance;
  • validate customs authorization;
  • verify import legality;
  • confirm regulatory registration;
  • validate healthcare licensing;
  • act as a healthcare provider, medical distributor, customs broker, regulatory advisor, or MOHAP agent.

Users publishing healthcare-related listings, advertisements, claims, descriptions, promotional materials, medical equipment content, or other regulated products or services remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable healthcare advertising laws, healthcare regulations, customs requirements, medical-device regulations, import/export restrictions, licensing obligations, marketing authorization requirements, and other regulatory requirements applicable in the UAE, GCC countries, and any other jurisdictions where such products or services are advertised, offered, distributed, imported, exported, or made available.

Sellers remain solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licenses, permits, registrations, approvals, healthcare advertising approvals, marketing authorizations, customs authorizations, import permissions, export permissions, and other regulatory approvals required under applicable laws and regulations of the UAE, GCC countries, and any other jurisdictions where their products or services are marketed, distributed, imported, exported, offered, or made available.

The Platform may remove, restrict, suspend, reject, or report healthcare-related content where the Platform reasonably believes healthcare advertising restrictions may be implicated, regulatory approvals appear incomplete, seller authority is unclear, product legality is uncertain, patient-safety concerns may arise, or government inquiries or complaints exist.

The Platform may cooperate with regulators, healthcare authorities, customs authorities, law-enforcement authorities, or government agencies where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, regulatory obligations, or government requests.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes medical advice, healthcare advice, regulatory approval, technical certification, healthcare endorsement, procurement advice, or patient-safety assurance.

Any user listing medical devices, medical equipment, healthcare-related products, or other regulated products shall be responsible for displaying any permit numbers, marketing authorization numbers, registrations, licenses, approvals, certifications, or other regulatory identifiers required under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. The Platform reserves the right to conduct automated checks, manual reviews, or request supporting documentation to verify such information against publicly available registries, regulatory databases, or information provided by the user. Listings containing unverifiable, inaccurate, expired, misleading, or non-compliant regulatory information may be suspended, restricted, removed, or rejected without notice or refund of any associated fees.

7. Prohibited & Restricted Listings

The Platform reserves the right to prohibit, restrict, remove, suspend, or refuse listings, advertisements, promotional content, products, services, businesses, or communications involving counterfeit products, expired medical equipment, unlawful imports, sanctioned products, prohibited medical claims, misleading healthcare representations, unsafe products, unauthorized healthcare products, unlawful services, deceptive business practices, fraudulent activity, or products or services prohibited under applicable law.

The Platform may take enforcement action without prior notice where reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, regulatory requirements, healthcare restrictions, operational integrity requirements, or security concerns.

8. Platform Operational Discretion

The Platform reserves broad operational discretion regarding the operation of search systems, recommendation systems, visibility systems, moderation systems, AI-powered functionality, messaging systems, support structures, verification systems, listing categorization systems, promotional systems, and operational workflows.

The Platform may investigate complaints, remove content, suspend listings, restrict functionality, revoke badges, limit visibility, request documentation, reorder listings, modify algorithms, change categories, alter interface layouts, suspend promotional systems, implement anti-spam protections, or restrict operationally harmful activity where reasonably necessary to maintain operational integrity, address legal or regulatory risks, protect users, comply with applicable law, respond to government requests, investigate misconduct, enforce Platform policies, or protect Platform security.

The Platform may temporarily freeze listings, suspend visibility, pause promotional functionality, restrict communications, disable accounts, or limit operational functionality while investigations, moderation reviews, healthcare compliance reviews, fraud investigations, legal reviews, or regulatory inquiries are ongoing.

Temporary restrictions may remain in effect for the duration reasonably necessary to complete operational, legal, security, healthcare, or regulatory review processes.

9. Electronic Communications & Records

Users acknowledge and agree that electronic communications, digital notices, click-wrap agreements, electronic acceptances, electronic records, digital invoices, account notifications, and electronic disclosures may satisfy legal communication, notice, recordkeeping, and signature requirements under applicable law.

The Platform may communicate with users electronically through email, account notifications, messaging systems, website notices, or other digital communication methods.

10. General Disclaimers

All Platform services, subscription functionality, promotional systems, visibility tools, AI-generated outputs, badges, search systems, recommendation systems, support services, and operational functionality are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continuous operation, data preservation, transaction success, commercial outcomes, visibility consistency, healthcare suitability, regulatory compliance of users or listings, uninterrupted communication systems, or listing performance.

The Platform is not responsible for disputes between users, failed negotiations, delivery failures, customs delays, payment defaults, business disputes, healthcare disputes, regulatory enforcement against users, data loss, deletion of historical records, interruption of communications, third-party service interruptions, or reliance on badges, rankings, AI-generated outputs, or promotional systems.

Nothing in these Definitions excludes or limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Users remain solely responsible for evaluating listings, products, services, businesses, counterparties, healthcare compliance, legal risks, operational risks, financial risks, regulatory risks, and transaction suitability.

Use of the Platform occurs entirely at the user’s own risk.

Nothing in these Definitions limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Conflict & Precedence

In the event of any conflict between these Definitions and other Platform legal documents, the order of precedence shall be:

  1. Terms of Use;
  2. Subscription & Payment Terms;
  3. User Terms;
  4. These Definitions.

Feature descriptions do not create binding obligations beyond what is contained in the Platform’s formal legal policies.

By publishing, maintaining, promoting, or otherwise making a listing available on the Platform, the User expressly represents, warrants, and undertakes that, after conducting its own independent assessment and obtaining any advice it deems necessary, the User has determined that the listed equipment, product, service, spare part, software, technology, or related offering either (i) does not require any registration, license, permit, certification, marketing authorization, advertising approval, import authorization, export authorization, customs approval, healthcare approval, governmental approval, or other regulatory authorization in any jurisdiction where the listing is accessible, marketed, offered, distributed, imported, exported, sold, or otherwise made available, or (ii) where such approvals are required, all necessary approvals have been validly obtained and remain in full force and effect.

The User acknowledges and agrees that the Platform does not provide legal, regulatory, compliance, customs, healthcare, technical, import/export, licensing, certification, or professional advice and does not review, investigate, verify, validate, monitor, or confirm whether any listing requires regulatory approvals or whether any approvals held by the User are sufficient, valid, current, or applicable.

The User further acknowledges that the Platform relies entirely upon the User’s representations and declarations when accepting, displaying, promoting, indexing, or otherwise making listings available. The publication of a listing by the Platform shall not constitute approval, endorsement, validation, verification, certification, confirmation of legality, confirmation of regulatory compliance, or confirmation that no regulatory approval is required.

The User assumes sole and exclusive responsibility for determining the legal and regulatory status of any listed item and for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, licensing requirements, healthcare regulations, advertising requirements, customs requirements, import/export controls, sanctions restrictions, product-safety requirements, certification obligations, and governmental requirements in any relevant jurisdiction.

The User shall be solely liable for any inaccuracies, omissions, misrepresentations, regulatory violations, compliance failures, enforcement actions, product recalls, customs seizures, import or export restrictions, fines, penalties, sanctions, claims, disputes, losses, damages, costs, or liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the listing, advertising, offering, promotion, distribution, sale, importation, exportation, or use of the listed item.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Platform, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, shareholders, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, investigations, proceedings, demands, actions, liabilities, penalties, fines, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to the User’s regulatory compliance obligations, regulatory status determinations, representations made in connection with the listing, or any allegation that the listed item required regulatory approval, registration, license, certification, permit, authorization, or other governmental approval.

These User Terms (“User Terms”) govern the access to and use of the Medsahra platform (“Platform”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) by any business, healthcare entity, distributor, consultant, service provider, or organization that publishes, advertises, promotes, markets, lists, or offers products, services, healthcare-related products, medical equipment, businesses, advisory services, logistics services, customs-related services, or other commercial offerings through the Platform (“User”, “you”, or “your”).

These User Terms form an integral part of, and should be read together with, the Platform Terms of Use, Subscription & Payment Terms, Product Features & Service Definitions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and all additional Platform policies, moderation procedures, operational rules, notices, disclosures, and compliance requirements published from time to time. By publishing, maintaining, promoting, or operating any listing or User account on the Platform, Users acknowledge and agree to these User Terms. Nothing in these User Terms excludes, restricts, or limits any rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. If an Arabic-language version of these User Terms is published, the Arabic-language version shall prevail to the extent required by applicable law.

1. Platform Role & Marketplace Structure

The Platform operates solely as a digital publication, communication, advertising, directory-style listing, and marketplace infrastructure service.

The Platform enables Users to:

  1. publish listings;
  2. advertise products or services;
  3. communicate with users;
  4. access visibility tools;
  5. access subscription functionality;
  6. receive inquiries from prospective buyers or counterparties.

The Platform does not:

  1. own listed products, services, or businesses;
  2. act as a broker, dealer, distributor, reseller, healthcare provider, customs broker, financial intermediary, escrow provider, or transaction intermediary;
  3. participate in negotiations between users;
  4. facilitate or complete transactions;
  5. process payments between users;
  6. take possession of products, businesses, or inventory;
  7. transfer title or ownership;
  8. inspect products, businesses, or facilities;
  9. control logistics, warehousing, customs clearance, delivery, or shipping;
  10. guarantee sales, leads, inquiries, transactions, or commercial outcomes;
  11. independently verify all listings, claims, users, businesses, licenses, certifications, approvals, or representations;
  12. certify medical products, healthcare services, businesses, or regulated products;
  13. guarantee authenticity, legality, ownership, licensing status, healthcare compliance, safety, quality, operational legitimacy, regulatory approval, or transaction reliability.

All transactions, negotiations, due diligence, communications, contracts, payments, imports, exports, deliveries, inspections, and business dealings occur solely between users.

The Platform is not a party to transactions between users and assumes no responsibility for transaction completion, product condition, delivery, customs clearance, healthcare compliance, payment collection, or business performance.

No agency, partnership, employment relationship, fiduciary relationship, joint venture, franchise relationship, or representative relationship is created between the Platform and any User.

2. User Eligibility & Authority

By using the Platform as a User, you represent and warrant that:

  • you possess full legal capacity and authority to enter into binding agreements;
  • you possess all rights necessary to publish listings and conduct activities described in your listings;
  • you possess all licenses, approvals, permits, registrations, authorizations, distributorship rights, reseller rights, and commercial authority required under applicable law;
  • all information submitted to the Platform is accurate, current, complete, and not misleading;
  • your listings and conduct comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
  • you will maintain accurate and updated account information at all times.

Business entities using the Platform represent and warrant that the individual accepting these User Terms is authorized to bind the organization.

Organizational account holders remain fully responsible for all conduct, communications, listings, transactions, and activity conducted through their accounts by employees, agents, contractors, representatives, delegated users, affiliates, or authorized personnel.

By listing, advertising, promoting, marketing, or offering any product or service on the Platform, you represent and warrant that you hold and maintain all licenses, permits, registrations, approvals, authorizations, certifications, and advertising permissions required under the laws and regulations of the jurisdictions in which your products or services are advertised, offered, distributed, imported, exported, or made available. You must provide evidence of such licenses, permits, registrations, approvals, authorizations, certifications, and advertising permissions upon request and, where required by applicable law, ensure that the relevant permit, registration, or authorization number is displayed within your listing. Failure to maintain or provide evidence of the required regulatory approvals may result in the immediate suspension, restriction, or removal of listings without notice or refund.

The Platform may presume that activity conducted through an authenticated account was authorized by the account holder.

Users remain solely responsible for:

  • safeguarding credentials;
  • maintaining account confidentiality;
  • restricting unauthorized access;
  • ensuring lawful use of accounts.

3. Healthcare, Medical Device & Regulatory Compliance

Users publishing healthcare-related listings, medical-device listings, healthcare advertisements, regulated-product listings, healthcare-service listings, or healthcare-related promotional content remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, approvals, permits, healthcare advertising restrictions, licensing obligations, import/export requirements, customs laws, medical-device regulations, and healthcare compliance requirements applicable within the United Arab Emirates and any other relevant jurisdiction. Users listing products or services that require MOHAP approvals, healthcare advertising approvals, medical-device registrations under applicable law represent and warrant that they possess and will maintain all such required approvals.

Users represent and warrant that they possess and will maintain all required:

  1. MOHAP approvals;
  2. healthcare advertising approvals;
  3. medical-device registrations;
  4. marketing authorizations;
  5. import permits;
  6. export permits;
  7. customs authorizations;
  8. healthcare licenses;
  9. distribution authorizations;
  10. commercial registrations;
  11. regulatory approvals.

Users remain solely responsible for ensuring that all healthcare-related claims, technical specifications, advertising statements, certifications, approvals, descriptions, warranties, efficacy claims, maintenance claims, and representations are lawful, accurate, adequately substantiated, and not misleading.

Users may not publish:

  1. false healthcare claims;
  2. misleading efficacy claims;
  3. unsupported medical claims;
  4. fake certifications;
  5. fraudulent approvals;
  6. unauthorized healthcare advertisements;
  7. prohibited healthcare representations;
  8. unlawful patient-safety claims.

The Platform does not independently verify healthcare claims, technical specifications, safety claims, medical-device approvals, healthcare licensing status, maintenance claims, operational status, or regulatory registrations.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes medical advice, healthcare advice, regulatory approval, technical certification, procurement advice, patient-safety assurance, or healthcare endorsement.

Users represent and warrant that they possess and will maintain all licenses, registrations, permits, certifications, marketing authorizations, advertising approvals, import/export permissions, customs authorizations, and other regulatory approvals required under the laws and regulations of the jurisdictions in which their products or services are advertised, offered, distributed, imported, exported, or made available, including evidence of registration with any applicable governmental, regulatory, healthcare, customs, or industry authority where required.

4. Trade Restrictions, Sanctions & Export Controls

Users may not use the Platform in violation of applicable:

  1. sanctions laws;
  2. export-control laws;
  3. customs restrictions;
  4. trade embargoes;
  5. import/export regulations;
  6. anti-boycott laws;
  7. restricted-party regulations.

Users represent and warrant that neither they, nor any products, services, businesses, counterparties, or transactions associated with their listings are subject to applicable sanctions restrictions, prohibited trade restrictions, or export-control prohibitions.

Users remain solely responsible for ensuring that all products, services, equipment, software, technology, or commercial activity associated with their listings may lawfully be marketed, imported, exported, distributed, transferred, or sold under applicable law.

5. Listings & User Content

Users remain solely responsible for all listings, advertisements, descriptions, photographs, videos, specifications, documents, certifications, communications, warranties, pricing information, promotional materials, technical information, and other content published through the Platform (“User Content”).

User Content must:

  1. be accurate and not misleading;
  2. comply with applicable law;
  3. not infringe intellectual-property rights;
  4. not violate confidentiality obligations;
  5. not contain fraudulent or deceptive information;
  6. not contain prohibited healthcare claims;
  7. not contain malicious code or harmful software.

Users may not publish listings or content involving:

  1. counterfeit products;
  2. expired medical equipment;
  3. unlawful imports;
  4. sanctioned products;
  5. unauthorized healthcare products;
  6. prohibited medical claims;
  7. unsafe products;
  8. fraudulent services;
  9. deceptive business practices;
  10. unlawful activity;
  11. products or services prohibited under applicable law.

Users may not upload:

  1. patient records;
  2. protected health information;
  3. confidential medical data;
  4. unlawfully obtained personal data;
  5. confidential third-party information;
  6. data that violates privacy or confidentiality obligations.

The Platform may reject, suspend, remove, restrict, edit, de-prioritize, limit visibility of, or refuse any listing or User Content where reasonably necessary for moderation, fraud prevention, legal compliance, healthcare compliance review, security purposes, operational integrity, intellectual-property enforcement, or regulatory cooperation.

The Platform may preserve records, logs, communications, metadata, moderation records, listing history, account activity, and operational records where reasonably necessary for investigations, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, security purposes, or regulatory cooperation.

The Platform may request supporting documentation relating to:

  1. listings;
  2. ownership rights;
  3. licenses;
  4. approvals;
  5. healthcare authorizations;
  6. maintenance records;
  7. customs documentation;
  8. commercial registrations;
  9. tax documentation;
  10. regulatory compliance;
  11. import/export permissions.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in:

  1. listing removal;
  2. visibility restrictions;
  3. badge revocation;
  4. suspension of promotional services;
  5. temporary account suspension;
  6. permanent account restrictions;
  7. termination of services.

6. Intellectual Property & Takedown Rights

Users represent and warrant that they possess all rights necessary to publish User Content on the Platform.

Users grant the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, process, index, adapt, analyze, and use User Content for purposes relating to:

  • Platform operations;
  • search functionality;
  • recommendation systems;
  • promotional activity;
  • moderation;
  • fraud prevention;
  • AI-powered systems;
  • analytics;
  • Platform improvement.

The Platform may remove, disable, restrict, or investigate allegedly infringing content, suspected counterfeit listings, or intellectual-property violations at any time.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate repeat infringers or users repeatedly associated with intellectual-property complaints.

7. User Conduct & Marketplace Integrit

Users may not:

  • engage in fraudulent conduct;
  • manipulate rankings or visibility systems;
  • impersonate individuals or organizations;
  • use automated systems to spam users;
  • scrape Platform data;
  • harvest user information;
  • conduct phishing activity;
  • circumvent moderation systems;
  • interfere with Platform operations;
  • engage in deceptive commercial conduct;
  • artificially manipulate inquiries, engagement, or visibility metrics.

Users may not use buyer information, user information, or Platform data except as reasonably necessary for legitimate marketplace communications or lawful transaction-related purposes.

Unsolicited commercial communications, spam activity, mass outreach campaigns, or abusive marketing practices through the Platform are prohibited.

The Platform reserves broad discretion to investigate suspicious conduct, complaints, fraud risks, policy violations, spam activity, healthcare-related concerns, or operational abuse.

8. Promotional Services & Visibility Systems

The Platform may offer promotional services, enhanced visibility tools, highlighted listings, recommendation systems, badges, or advertising functionality intended to increase potential exposure within the Platform ecosystem.

Promotional services are advertising and visibility tools only.

The Platform does not guarantee:

  • sales;
  • inquiries;
  • leads;
  • engagement;
  • impressions;
  • visibility duration;
  • ranking stability;
  • search prominence;
  • transaction completion;
  • commercial outcomes.

Visibility systems may depend on:

  • algorithms;
  • moderation outcomes;
  • personalization systems;
  • user behavior;
  • category competition;
  • machine-learning systems;
  • operational limitations;
  • healthcare-related restrictions;
  • technical constraints.

The Platform reserves broad discretion regarding search systems, ranking systems, recommendation systems, visibility logic, catalog organization, promotional mechanics, interface layouts, and algorithmic methodologies.

Users acquire no ownership rights, exclusivity rights, guaranteed placement rights, territorial rights, or permanent visibility rights relating to promotional systems or listings.

The Platform is not obligated to maintain historical ranking behavior, legacy visibility systems, historical algorithms, prior interface layouts, or historical promotional mechanics.

9. AI-Powered Systems & Automated Processing

The Platform may utilize AI-powered systems, automated moderation systems, automated categorization systems, recommendation systems, spam-detection systems, fraud-detection systems, or automated visibility systems.

AI-generated outputs and automated systems may contain inaccuracies, omissions, false positives, incomplete analysis, outdated information, interruptions, inconsistent outcomes, or operational errors.

AI-generated outputs do not constitute:

  1. medical advice;
  2. healthcare advice;
  3. legal advice;
  4. technical certification;
  5. regulatory approval;
  6. investment advice;
  7. procurement advice;
  8. professional consulting.

Users remain solely responsible for independently reviewing and verifying all AI-generated outputs associated with their listings or account activity.

Automated systems may affect:

  • listing visibility;
  • moderation outcomes;
  • search rankings;
  • categorization;
  • account restrictions;
  • spam detection;
  • recommendation placement.

The Platform does not guarantee that automated systems will operate without interruptions, inaccuracies, or inconsistent outcomes.

10. Fees, Taxes & Financial Compliance

User subscriptions, promotional services, visibility tools, badges, and paid features are governed by the Subscription & Payment Terms.

User remain solely responsible for:

  • payment obligations;
  • VAT obligations;
  • customs duties;
  • import/export charges;
  • banking fees;
  • withholding taxes;
  • regulatory fees;
  • financial compliance obligations;
  • compliance with anti-money-laundering laws and financial-crime regulations.

Users may not use the Platform in connection with unlawful financing activity, proceeds of crime, fraudulent transactions, money laundering activity, sanctions evasion, or other unlawful financial conduct. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access to paid functionality.

11. Regulatory Cooperation & Investigations

The Platform may cooperate with regulators, healthcare authorities, customs authorities, tax authorities, courts, law-enforcement authorities, governmental agencies, or regulatory bodies where reasonably necessary to:

  1. comply with applicable law;
  2. respond to government requests;
  3. investigate unlawful conduct;
  4. address healthcare-related concerns;
  5. address customs or import/export issues;
  6. protect Platform integrity;
  7. protect users;
  8. enforce Platform policies.

The Platform may report suspected unlawful conduct, healthcare violations, fraud risks, sanctions concerns, customs violations, intellectual-property violations, or regulatory concerns to appropriate authorities without prior notice where reasonably necessary under applicable law or regulatory obligations.

The Platform may temporarily freeze listings, suspend visibility, pause promotional functionality, restrict communications, disable accounts, or limit operational functionality while investigations, moderation reviews, healthcare compliance reviews, fraud investigations, legal reviews, or regulatory inquiries are ongoing.

Temporary restrictions may remain in effect for the duration reasonably necessary to complete operational, legal, regulatory, healthcare, security, or investigative review processes.

Medsahra is legally obligated to cooperate with the UAE Media Council, EDE, and MOHAP. You expressly authorize Medsahra to disclose your identity, contact details, Trade License, and listing history to these authorities upon their formal request, without requiring a court order, to ensure the safety of the UAE healthcare market.

12. Transaction Risk Allocation

Users remain solely responsible for:

  1. buyers;
  2. counterparties;
  3. negotiations;
  4. contracts;
  5. deliveries;
  6. customs clearance;
  7. import/export compliance;
  8. product condition;
  9. warranties;
  10. payment collection;
  11. fraud risks;
  12. healthcare compliance;
  13. regulatory compliance;
  14. transaction disputes;
  15. business risks.

The Platform assumes no responsibility for transaction failures, payment defaults, failed negotiations, delivery failures, customs delays, healthcare disputes, regulatory enforcement actions, commercial disputes, or losses arising from transactions between users.

13. User Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Platform, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, service providers, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, investigations, fines, penalties, judgments, costs, or expenses arising from or relating to:

  1. User Content;
  2. listings;
  3. healthcare claims;
  4. regulatory violations;
  5. customs violations;
  6. import/export violations;
  7. sanctions violations;
  8. infringement claims;
  9. deceptive practices;
  10. fraudulent conduct;
  11. transactions between users;
  12. disputes with buyers;
  13. breach of these User Terms;
  14. violation of applicable law.

Should Medsahra be fined by any UAE authority (including the Media Council or EDE) due to a User’s failure to provide a valid permit or for making unauthorized medical claims, the User shall be liable to Medsahra for the full amount of the fine plus an administrative handling fee of 15%.

14. Disclaimers & Limitation Principles

All Platform services, promotional systems, visibility tools, badges, AI-generated outputs, support services, messaging systems, and operational functionality are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, listing performance, transaction success, commercial outcomes, visibility consistency, buyer engagement, data preservation, uninterrupted communications, regulatory compliance of users, healthcare suitability, or operational continuity.

The Platform is not responsible for:

  • disputes between users;
  • failed negotiations;
  • delivery failures;
  • customs delays;
  • payment defaults;
  • business disputes;
  • healthcare disputes;
  • regulatory enforcement against users;
  • data loss;
  • deletion of records;
  • interruption of communications;
  • third-party service interruptions;
  • reliance on badges, rankings, AI-generated outputs, or promotional systems.

Nothing in these User Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law.

15. Suspension, Restriction & Termination

The Platform may suspend, restrict, limit, terminate, de-prioritize, or remove User access, listings, badges, communications, visibility, subscriptions, promotional services, or operational functionality at any time where reasonably necessary for:

  • legal compliance;
  • healthcare compliance review;
  • fraud prevention;
  • operational integrity;
  • security concerns;
  • regulatory cooperation;
  • sanctions compliance;
  • intellectual-property enforcement;
  • policy enforcement;
  • suspected misconduct;
  • payment failures;
  • abusive activity.

Termination or suspension may occur with or without prior notice where reasonably necessary under the circumstances.

The Platform is not obligated to continue supporting categories, business lines, visibility systems, promotional systems, operational functionality, or marketplace segments indefinitely.

16. Electronic Communications & Records

Users acknowledge and agree that electronic communications, click-wrap agreements, electronic records, digital notices, electronic disclosures, digital invoices, account notifications, and electronic acceptances may satisfy legal communication, signature, notice, and recordkeeping requirements under applicable law.

The Platform may communicate with Users electronically through email, messaging systems, account notifications, website notices, or other digital communication methods.

17. Survival

Any provisions of these User Terms that by their nature should survive suspension or termination shall survive, including provisions relating to:

  • indemnification;
  • intellectual property;
  • dispute-related obligations;
  • regulatory cooperation;
  • record preservation;
  • payment obligations;
  • disclaimers;
  • liability limitations;
  • investigation rights;
  • confidentiality obligations.

18. Conflict & Precedence

These Terms form an integral part of the Platform Terms of Use, Seller Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Product Features & Service Definitions, and any additional policies published by the Platform. By purchasing, activating, accessing, or using any paid service, users acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Platform and Services

The Platform operates solely as a digital publication, communication, advertising, and marketplace infrastructure service.

The Platform:

  1. does not own listed products, equipment, services, or businesses;
  2. does not broker, negotiate, advise on, facilitate, or complete transactions;
  3. does not process marketplace sales transactions between users;
  4. does not hold escrow funds;
  5. does not act as a financial intermediary;
  6. does not act as an agent, dealer, reseller, distributor, consultant, fiduciary, broker, representative, or advisor;
  7. does not guarantee the legality, safety, quality, ownership, availability, compliance, certification, performance, or authenticity of listings.

Payments made through the Platform relate exclusively to digital platform services and not to underlying transactions between users.

2. Eligibility

Users purchasing paid services must:

  1. be at least eighteen (18) years old;
  2. possess legal authority to enter binding agreements;
  3. comply with applicable laws and regulations;
  4. provide accurate billing and account information.

Business users represent that they possess authority to bind the relevant organization. The Platform may refuse, suspend, limit, or terminate access to paid services at any time.

3. Subscription Plans and Paid Services

The Platform may offer recurring subscriptions, promotional services, listing enhancements, verification indicators, visibility tools, badges, and related digital services. Available services may include:

  1. Explorer subscriptions;
  2. Basic subscriptions;

Descriptions of features, functionality, limits, and operational scope are further described in the Product Features & Service Definitions document. The Platform reserves the unrestricted right to:

  1. modify features;
  2. discontinue services;
  3. add functionality;
  4. remove functionality;

  6. alter ranking systems;
  7. modify visibility logic;
  8. change support levels;
  9. revise promotional mechanics.

No feature descriptions constitute guarantees of continued availability. The Platform reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features from time to time for valid operational, legal, or commercial reasons. We will endeavor to provide users with reasonable prior notice of any material changes that may negatively impact their active paid subscription. In the event of a material adverse change, the affected user may have the right to cancel their subscription without penalty.

4. Promotional Services and Visibility Tools

Promotional services are advertising and visibility-enhancement tools only. Promotional services may include:

Search rankings, listing positions, recommendations, catalog displays, visibility systems, and promotional effectiveness may depend on:

  • user behavior;
  • search filters;
  • geography;
  • moderation decisions;
  • relevance systems;
  • quality signals;
  • commercial factors;
  • operational constraints;
  • machine-learning systems;
  • algorithmic ranking systems.

The Platform may alter visibility systems, recommendation logic, ranking systems, and promotional mechanics at any time without notice. Users acquire no ownership rights, vested rights, property rights, exclusivity rights, or guaranteed positioning rights in relation to any visibility or ranking placement.

Promotional effectiveness may be impacted by market conditions, regulatory restrictions, sanctions, geopolitical events, healthcare regulations, import/export limitations or economic disruptions beyond the Platform’s control.

5. Verification Badges and Informational Indicators

The Platform may offer badges or informational indicators including, without limitation:

  3. Warranty;
  4. Service History;
  5. First Owner;
  6. Owner Badge;
  7. other informational indicators.

All badges, labels, indicators, and verification-related features:

  1. are informational only;
  2. are provided on a limited-review basis;
  3. may rely on user-submitted information;
  4. do not constitute guarantees, certifications, endorsements, inspections, warranties, regulatory approvals, legal opinions, or assurances.

The Platform does not independently guarantee:

  1. ownership;
  2. authenticity;
  3. equipment condition;
  4. maintenance quality;

Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that listed products and services comply with:

Annual subscriptions may qualify for refund within seven (7) calendar days from purchase only where:

  2. no paid listings have been published;
  3. no premium functionality has been substantially accessed;
  4. no promotional tools have been activated;
  5. no prohibited conduct has occurred.
  6. If a User violates these Terms, applicable laws, Platform policies, or engages in fraudulent, abusive, misleading, harmful, or prohibited activities, the Platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate the User’s account and access to the Services.
  7. In such cases, all fees, subscription payments, promotional payments, and other amounts previously paid by the User shall remain non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

Material use may include:

  1. publishing listings;
  2. accessing premium categories;
  3. activating paid features;
  4. receiving enhanced visibility;
  5. using messaging tools extensively;
  6. utilizing AI features;
  7. obtaining promotional placement.

Following material use, subscriptions become non-refundable.

Promotional services become non-refundable immediately upon:

Unused promotional entitlements may expire automatically following the applicable validity period. Expired services:

  1. possess no cash value;

12.6 Rejected Listings

If promotional activation is denied before use due to moderation or compliance review, the Platform may, at its sole discretion:

  • allow reassignment to another eligible listing;
  • issue account credit;
  • deny refund requests.

Cash refunds are not guaranteed.

12.7 Cooling-Off and Immediate Performance

By activating or using digital services immediately following purchase, users acknowledge and agree that:

  • digital performance begins immediately;

12.8 Refund Abuse

The Platform may deny refunds where it reasonably suspects:

The Platform may investigate complaints, cooperate with regulators or authorities, request documentation, and remove or restrict content where the Platform reasonably believes:

  1. legal violations may exist;
  2. misleading advertising may exist;
  3. healthcare regulations may be implicated;
  4. consumer protection concerns arise;
  5. fraud risks exist;
  6. safety concerns arise;
  7. regulatory approvals appear incomplete.

15. Fair Usage and Anti-Manipulation Rules Users may not:

  1. manipulate rankings;
  2. create duplicate listings;
  3. artificially inflate visibility;
  4. misuse keywords;
  5. engage in spam;
  6. create misleading listings;
  7. abuse promotional systems;
  8. generate artificial engagement;
  9. use bots or automation improperly.

The Platform may investigate and restrict suspected abuse at its sole discretion.

16. Account Restrictions and Non-Transferability

Subscriptions, badges, promotions, and paid services:

  1. are licensed, not sold;
  2. are non-transferable;
  3. are non-sublicensable;
  4. may not be resold;
  5. may not be assigned without Platform approval.

The Platform may restrict account sharing, unauthorized access, or improper commercial use.

17. Failed Payments and Chargebacks

If payments fail, the Platform may:

The Platform shall not be liable for:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of the Platform arising out of or relating to paid services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to the Platform during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Certain jurisdictions may not permit exclusion of certain liabilities. In such cases, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent legally permissible.

22. Indemnification

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Platform, its affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

If an Arabic-language version of these Terms is published, the Arabic-language version shall prevail solely to the extent required under applicable mandatory laws of the United Arab Emirates. Users acknowledge and agree that certain consumer-facing information, invoices, notices, disclosures, or contractual materials may be provided in Arabic where required by applicable UAE laws or regulatory requirements.

Search rankings, listing positions, recommendations, catalog displays, visibility systems, and promotional effectiveness may depend on:

  • user behavior;
  • search filters;
  • geography;
  • moderation decisions;
  • relevance systems;
  • quality signals;
  • commercial factors;
  • operational constraints;
  • machine-learning systems;

The Platform may alter visibility systems, recommendation logic, ranking systems, and promotional mechanics at any time without notice.   4. consumer protection concerns arise;
  5. fraud risks exist;
  6. safety concerns arise;
  7. regulatory approvals appear incomplete.

15. Fair Usage and Anti-Manipulation Rules Users may not:

  2. create duplicate listings;
  3. artificially inflate visibility;
  4. misuse keywords;
  5. engage in spam;
  6. create misleading listings;
  7. abuse promotional systems;
  8. generate artificial engagement;
  9. use bots or automation improperly.

The Platform may investigate and restrict suspected abuse at its sole discretion.

16. Account Restrictions and Non-Transferability

Subscriptions, badges, promotions, and paid services:

  2. are non-transferable;
  3. are non-sublicensable;
  4. may not be resold;
  5. may not be assigned without Platform approval.
